No personally identifiable information (as defined in the COPPA, 15 U.S.C. Section 6501) is purposefully or knowingly collected from children under the age of 13 by our Site without verifiable, written parental consent. Limits of Our Policy

Our Website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

Depending on your state’s privacy law(s), only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know, delete or correct related to your personal information. Depending on your jurisdiction, your ability to submit multiple requests within the same 12-month period may be limited. The verifiable request must (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal data only, and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf subject to proof of identity and authorization. We may request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf and may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity. We will only use personal data provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable request without undue delay, within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Such extension will only occur when reasonably necessary, taking into consideration the complexity and number of the consumer’s request. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. In some jurisdictions, applicable law may give you the right to appeal an action by PAL regarding a privacy request. Any appeals may be made by contacting PAL in the manner provided below. No later than sixty (60) days following the receipt of an appeal, we shall inform you, in writing, of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including written reasons for this decision. If your appeal is denied, we shall provide you with an online mechanism to contact the authorities within your state if applicable.

Adam Smith is a strategic business leader with more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational management across the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industries. As Vice President of Operations Planning & Performance, he leads initiatives that support acquisition due diligence and integration, corporate planning, and strategic operations. Prior to joining PAL, Adam served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Shared Services at Sy-Klone International and spent 16 years at CSX in various senior finance and operational roles. He has three degrees from the University of Florida: a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Decision and Information Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Brian Holt

VP, Tax Strategy & Compliance


Brian Holt brings more than 30 years of strategic tax leadership to his role as VP, Tax Strategy & Compliance. He joined PAL after serving as Senior Vice President of Tax at Black Knight, Inc., where he established the company’s tax department, led integrations for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Brian spent nearly two decades in public accounting, leading domestic and international tax engagements for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University.

Krystal Glidwell

Corporate Controller


Krystal Glidwell is a certified public accountant with 20 years of combined experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. She previously served as Controller for Proficient Auto Transport, which was acquired by PAL in 2024. Before that, she held leadership roles at Natural Gas Services Group, Inc., including Financial Reporting Manager and later Controller. Krystal began her career at Johnson Miller & Co, where she advanced from Staff Auditor to Audit Manager over a nine-year tenure. She holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Angelo State University, part of the Texas Tech University system.

Nick Brock

VP, Pricing & Procurement


Nick Brock is a strategic sourcing and procurement leader with deep experience in transportation and supply chain operations. As Vice President of Pricing & Procurement, he oversees pricing strategy and supplier partnerships to support network efficiency and cost performance. Prior to joining PAL, he held various roles at Lowe’s, most recently serving as Director of Enterprise Strategic Sourcing, where he led the team responsible for supply chain sourcing. Earlier in his career, Nick held sourcing and logistics positions at both Lowe’s and Advance Auto Parts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University.

Scott Perry

Operations – Central Region


Scott Perry is an accomplished operations executive with deep expertise in transportation, logistics, and supply chain leadership. As Vice President of Operations – Central Region, he drives efficiency, performance, and consistency across key markets within PAL’s national footprint. Prior to joining PAL, Scott held senior leadership roles at Suddath, Nikola Motor Company, and Ryder System, where he led large-scale teams, integrated acquisitions, and advanced innovation across fleet and logistics operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jacksonville State University.

Jamie Lomason

VP, Human Resources


Jamie Lomason is a strategic HR executive with a proven track record of aligning talent strategies with business goals. As Vice President of Human Resources, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations. Jamie has held HR leadership roles across logistics, manufacturing, and technology sectors, including as the VP, Global Human Resources/CHRO at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (now Amphenol CIT). Jamie holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University.

Brent Larsen

VP, Equipment & Maintenance


Brent Larsen is a successful leader in transportation with extensive experience in auto haul equipment specification, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management. As Vice President of Equipment & Maintenance, he oversees enterprise-wide equipment management, including purchasing of equipment, fuel, and parts, as well as maintenance shop operations and facility support. Brent previously served as CEO of Auto Transport Group, acquired by PAL in 2024, where he led operations for more than two decades. He is a former Executive Committee Chairman of the Auto Haulers Association of America and has held leadership roles across the auto transport and retail automotive sectors. Brent holds a degree in Accounting with a focus in Spanish from Utah State University.

Kenneth (Ken) Glover

VP, Safety & Risk Management


Ken Glover is a seasoned safety and risk management executive with more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen safety culture and operational performance. As Vice President of Safety & Risk Management, he oversees safety, quality, and risk initiatives designed to promote continuous improvement and long-term resiliency across the organization. Ken’s background spans regulatory compliance, behavioral safety, and risk mitigation across transportation sectors, with expertise in DOT, FMCSA, FRA, FTA, TSA, and OSHA requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Valdosta State University, a Master of Science in Human Performance from Florida State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

James (Jim) Finkle


VP, Operations – East Region

Jim Finkle is an experienced logistics and transportation leader with more than two decades of experience leading regional and national operations. As Vice President of Operations – East Region, he oversees performance, planning, and execution across a critical portion of the company’s network. Prior to joining PAL, Jim held senior leadership roles at EVO Transportation and Clifford B. Finkle Jr. Inc., where he led large-scale fleets, implemented data-driven operational strategies, and optimized logistics performance. Jason Evans

VP, Operations – West Region


Jason Evans is a seasoned leader in vehicle logistics with years of hands-on experience in auto transport operations. As Vice President of Operations – West Region, he oversees operational performance, workforce leadership, and service delivery across a dynamic network. Jason previously served as Vice President of Operations at Deluxe Auto Carriers prior to the company being acquired by PAL in 2024. His deep operational knowledge and practical leadership style have been shaped by decades of frontline experience, driving efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Brad Wright

Chief Financial Officer


Brad Wright is a veteran financial executive with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries. As Chief Financial Officer, Brad provides strategic financial leadership and oversight. Prior to joining PAL, Brad was the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at PMC Consolidated Holdings, LLC. His diverse background includes additional CFO roles in global consulting and investment banking. With expertise in financial management and corporate governance, Brad also serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at PAL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Amy Rice

Amy Rice is an accomplished transportation leader with more than 15 years of experience in operations and strategic planning. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Amy leverages her extensive background in railroad and transportation operations to drive operational excellence. Her career includes executive leadership roles at CSX, where she oversaw coal and intermodal operations, strategic planning, and finance. Amy is also the former CEO of Sy-Klone International. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and serves on the Board of the Auto Haulers Association of America.

Richard (Rick) O’Dell

Chief Executive Officer


Rick O’Dell is a seasoned transportation executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the logistics industry. As Chief Executive Officer, Rick has extensive expertise in operational efficiency and financial management. Before joining PAL, Rick served as CEO of Saia for nearly 14 years, where he drove significant company growth and innovation. His background as a certified public accountant and deep understanding of transportation economics provides valuable strategic insight into our organization. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
