He has three degrees from the University of Florida: a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Decision and Information Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Brian Holt brings more than 30 years of strategic tax leadership to his role as VP, Tax Strategy & Compliance. He joined PAL after serving as Senior Vice President of Tax at Black Knight, Inc., where he established the company’s tax department, led integrations for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Brian spent nearly two decades in public accounting, leading domestic and international tax engagements for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. She previously served as Controller for Proficient Auto Transport, which was acquired by PAL in 2024. Before joining PAL, Rick served as CEO of Saia for nearly 14 years, where he drove significant company growth and innovation.
